Purpose…(Our Why)
Not so long ago, it was difficult to find a consultant firm where people understood the unique problems non-profits, foundations, and corporate enterprises face. Collective Impact Group (CIG) was formed to make it easy for your organization to find subject matter experts who “get it,” and who are truly committed to empowering you to succeed.
CIG is an advisory group comprised of grand visionaries, do-gooders, and subject matter experts in several fields. Whether you need help to create the strategy to make your vision happen, the financial modeling and blueprint to turn your vision into reality, or the 360-degree communication strategy to reach beyond your current circles of influence, we are committed to empowering you to succeed.
- Although the number of nonprofits continue to grow, many do not succeed due to a lack of organizational business skills or a lack of funding. One half of the nonprofits have less than one month of cash on hand to pay its bills.
- By providing expert support in key focus areas, nonprofits are more likely to succeed. Businesses will better understand how it can work with and support nonprofits to improve its own corporate social responsibility.
- We assess where you are today and take you to the next level.
Who We Are
In the summer of 2019, three Florida-based consultancies (Kannico Agency, CNoeLimits, LLC, and J.E. Frenz & Associates) originated an idea to create a 501c3 nonprofit management support organization (MSO).
We all wanted to serve traditional nonprofits, forward-thinking social impact organizations, and businesses, and combining our unique specialties gave us the ability to increase our impact exponentially — having a much larger collective impact than we could have alone.
Since then, we’ve been able to leverage the best of both aspects of charity and enterprise, called social-hybrids, to combine sustainable forces for good. We believe in the critical importance of what so many organizations and enterprises are doing, and by combining all of our skills and those of our associates, we have empowered thousands of people to create positive change in their communities and beyond.
